Payment & Booking Guidance
Summary: Pay securely by card or bank deposit (masked details on request). Quotes follow airline fare rules. Holds/time limits apply until ticketed. We support student baggage, visa itineraries, and RFQ for groups.
1) RFQ / Quotation & Pricing
- Live fares/taxes are dynamic until ticketed; quotes may update if the time limit expires.
- Ask for options across dates/airlines to lock the best value for your route.
- Student/Migrant routes may qualify for special baggage; eligibility is per airline.
2) Booking Workflow (Inquiry → Ticketing)
- Inquiry: passenger names (as per passport), dates, route, baggage, seat needs.
- Quotation: options with fare rules, baggage, currency & time limit.
- Visa itinerary (optional): fee credited if you later ticket with us.
- Hold & time limit: pay before expiry or the PNR may auto-cancel.
- Payment & ticketing: after funds clear we issue e-tickets; post-ticket changes/refunds follow airline rules.
3) Visa Services (Professional)
- Document checklists, appointment guidance, and cover letters/itineraries (fees agreed in advance).
- No outcome guarantee; embassies/consulates decide.
4) Cards & Surcharges (secure gateway)
- VISA / MasterCard: surcharge 3% of the transaction.
- American Express: surcharge 4.5% of the transaction.
- Foreign/overseas cards: your bank may add 1–2% FX/cross-border fee.
- Refunds (if fare rules allow) return to the same card; surcharges are typically non-refundable.
Tip: To avoid card surcharges, you can pay via bank deposit and send proof through our verified channels before the time limit.
5) Cash on Delivery (CoD) — Special Purpose Only
- Available for orders over LKR 200,000/- only (must be pre-approved).
- Not available on all routes or during tight airline ticketing windows.
- Extras (assigned seats, extra baggage, add-ons) must be prepaid even with CoD.
6) Bank Deposits (Account No. Hidden Publicly)
We publish bank name/branch/SWIFT publicly and mask full account numbers for security. Request full details via our verified channels.
