- Consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip

- Notify the airline or travel agency at least 8 hours before the flight schedule if not flying
- Always check that your itinerary details, including passenger names, are correct. Please inform us immediately of any errors, changes can be made prior to ticket issuance and are subject to seat availability
- Ensure all visa requirements have been met for your journey
Our company is not liable for any non-travel situations that may arise due to name mismatches.
When communicating with us, please provide your booking reference ID.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport has at least 6 months validity from the date of your return, and that the first name and surname you provide for your reservation match those on your passport. Any name changes may incur amendment fees, as well as cancellation and rebooking fees.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to obtain all necessary passport, visa, and health information for your trip. We do not provide advice on visa information for any country.
Please contact the applicable airline at least 72 hours before departure. Please note that flight scheduling is beyond our control and is completely managed by the airlines. Our company will not be responsible for any costs incurred due to changes made by the airline.
Reconfirmation:
We advise all passengers to confirm their flights with the respective airline at least 72 hours prior to departure. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation. Additionally, please note that special requests such as hotel confirmation, meal and seat preferences, special assistance, and wheelchair requests are subject to airline confirmation and must be reconfirmed with our agency at least 72 hours prior to departure.
Price
Please note that all prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full. Prices quoted are subject to change due to matters outside of our control, which may increase the cost of the product or service, such as adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, and airfare increases. To ensure up-to-date pricing, please contact one of our consultants. It is important to review the fare conditions for any changes or cancellations, as many discounted airfares are non-refundable, as set out by the airlines. Please provide your booking reference or family name as the deposit/payment reference when making payments. Credit card payments may be subject to surcharges, including 1.5% for VISA/MASTER and AMEX/Overseas Cards with 3.5%. Any changes to your booking may be charged in USD, and any no-show or reissue may also be charged in USD. Consolidator fees may also apply.
Online Bookings
Bookings made online are only for Ex Australia, USA, Italy, and UK. We hold the right to reject online bookings if we believe that they are not genuine bookings or are fraudulent. Some online fares will incur a booking fee or service charge. We hold the right to ask you for further information regarding your credit card when purchasing online. This may include a photocopy of your passport or driver’s license and credit that you are paying with. We hold the right to refuse your booking including and your payment. Credit Card name must match with travelling passenger’s name, the airline may ask the credit card used for booking at the time of check-in.
Airline Fares & Bookings
- Airfares quoted are subject to change, withdrawal or alteration by airlines without notice, prior to the final ticketing process being completed.
- eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk are not liable for the cancellation of any services, or bankruptcy by third party company providers, including all airlines.
- eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk are not responsible for any baggage damage, loss or inflight services during your journey. All these matters need to address direct to Airlines.
A frequent-flyer program (FFP) is a loyalty program offered by an airline. Points earned under FFPs may be based on the class of fare, distance flown on that airline or its partners, or the amount paid. eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk are not responsible for Frequent Flyer redemption. All these matters need to address direct to Airlines.
Airport Check-In
For International Travel: It is recommended to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before your flight's departure time. Airlines usually close the check-in counter 1 hour before the flight departs.
For Domestic Travel: It is recommended to arrive at the airport 90 minutes before your flight's departure time. Airlines usually close the check-in counter 1 hour before the flight departs.
Passports and Visas
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other services and other government authorities. Any fines, penalty payments or expenditure incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility. All travelers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of entry. Handwritten passport holders will not be allowed to travel. For further information regarding visa requirements, please contact the appropriate consulate. Please note that eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk are not responsible for any visa denials or delays.
Baggage Information
Check baggage allowance on your booked fare before ticket confirmation. Allowances vary by airline and sector.
General Rules baggage allowance
Baggage allowance varies based on the airline, sector, and destination. It is important to check and confirm the baggage allowance on your booked fare before ticket confirmation. Baggage transfers are subject to transit and destination country customs and immigration requirements. Passengers may need to collect their baggage at the first port of entry and pass through customs and immigration. Infants have a limited baggage allowance and additional charges may apply for excess baggage. Check-in and cabin baggage allowances are subject to respective airline policies, which can be found on their websites. In cases where multiple airlines are involved, baggage may not be checked through, so it is important to confirm with your travel consultant.
Changes to your flight times
Changes to your flight times may occur due to various reasons beyond our control, such as weather conditions, technical issues, or unexpected events. It is your responsibility to stay informed about any changes to your flight schedule by contacting our company or the airline directly.
We highly recommend that you contact our company or the airline at least 48 hours prior to your departure to ensure that there have been no changes to the scheduled departure time. If you fail to do so and incur any costs as a result of the changes made to your flight schedule, our company will not be liable for any expenses incurred.
At eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk, we take the utmost care to ensure that your travel experience is smooth and hassle-free. However, some things are beyond our control, and we urge you to be vigilant and proactive in keeping up-to-date with any changes to your flight times to avoid any inconvenience or unnecessary expenses.
Reissue Fee
If any ticket has been issued that requires a change, such as a change in travel dates, a reissue fee will be applicable. The reissue fee will be AUD 50/- per person per change, in addition to any fare or tax differences payable to the airline. In cases where travel has already commenced and the ticket requires reissue, the airline may also charge additional fees and taxes or local office fees.
Please note that if you require assistance with your ticket outside of regular business hours (i.e. between midnight and 6 am), an after-hours service fee of AUD 100/- will apply. This fee is applicable for all requests received during this time period and is charged by eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk
If you need to make changes to a ticket that has already been issued, a reissue fee will apply, and the cost may vary. This fee includes any necessary changes to the fare or taxes required by the airline. Additionally, in cases where travel has already commenced, airlines may charge additional fees or taxes, or local office fees.
If you fail to show up for a reserved seat on any segment of your itinerary, all subsequent segments of your itinerary may be cancelled. In such a case, a reissue will be required, and a handling fee will apply. The cost of this fee may vary depending on the specific circumstances of your reservation. Please note that this fee is applicable in cases of no-show.
Cancellation Fee
If you need to cancel a component of your travel itinerary after confirmation, a cancellation fee will apply. This fee will be determined by the terms and conditions of the airlines that have been booked for your services. Additionally, a cancellation fee of an amount to be determined by eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk may be applicable per person. If you have booked an infant ticket, it will be non-refundable in all circumstances.
- Please note that domestic tickets and tickets issued on low-cost carriers are generally non-refundable and non-changeable.
- If a booking is cancelled by you, and we incur any liability for a cancellation fee, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge. To request a cancellation or refund, please send us a written request.
- If the cancellation is due to a schedule change or flight cancellation by the airline, a cancellation fee of an amount to be determined by eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk may be applicable, plus any cancellation fee imposed by the airline.
Refund Time Frame
Regarding refunds, please note that the turnaround time for processing your refund request may vary. It can take up to 4-12 weeks or more from the date of your refund request for the refund to be processed and provided to you. We at eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk appreciate your patience during this process.
Bank Deposits
Regarding deposits, please note that a non-refundable deposit fee of $50.00 will be applicable. If you wish to adjust the deposit fee, it can only be done within 30 days of the initial booking for the same passenger. Please note that this deposit fee policy applies to bookings made with eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk.
Hotel Accommodation from Airline
Regarding STPC (Stopover Paid by Carrier) or free hotel accommodation provided by the airline during transit, please note that these accommodations are subject to confirmation and availability, and eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk will not be responsible for any non-confirmation of hotel accommodation in case of long transit hours. We advise you to recheck your flight timings, layover time in transit country, and visa requirements of the transit country.
Hotel/ Holiday Package Booking Conditions:
- Regarding hotel or holiday package bookings, please note the following conditions:
- Booking will be confirmed only upon availability of the hotels mentioned and receipt of the advance payment.
- The rates provided are based on the hotels mentioned and are valid for instant purchase as per the dollar rate. If the room type is not specified, the calculation is based on the room category in the hotel.
- In case the selected hotel is unavailable, we will provide you with a similar hotel in the same category as an alternate.
- eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk do not have any hidden charges except for excluded items such as lunch and personal expenses.
- We select hotels for each category based on budget and location to ensure they match your preferences before booking.
- Please keep these booking conditions in mind when making hotel or holiday package bookings with us.
Confirming the package
Regarding package bookings, please note that the price quoted is subject to change based on the availability of hotels. eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk are not responsible for any changes in the price. We will inform you of any changes before confirming the package.
Hotel & Holiday Package Cancellation & Refund Policy
eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk reserve the right to cancel bookings without notice if the deposit or final payment is not paid by the Holding Dates. Once paid, the deposit is non-refundable and is in addition to any fees imposed by the supplier which may be up to 100% of monies paid. There will be no refund for cancellation once travel has commenced or for any unused services. Requests for refunds received after the departure date will not be accepted. The supplier's cancellation fees will be charged according to their specific cancellation policy.
- In addition to the cancellation or amendment fee of hotel/airline/supplier, a cancellation or amendment fee may be charged by eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk. The fee amount may vary and will be specified in the final invoice.
- Refund requests must be provided with a written document via email. Please note that prices may vary and the final invoice will specify the applicable rate.
Hotel Check-in Requirements
At the time of check-in, many hotels may require a security bond in the form of a credit card imprint. Some hotels may not have 24-hour reception and check-in services. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend providing arrival and departure information for all services at the time of booking.
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to room availability. The possibility and confirmation of special requests and services depend on the hotel's policy and availability. The standard check-in time is usually 2:00 PM, and the standard check-out time is usually 12:00 noon.
Special and Bedding Requests for Hotel Bookings
When booking hotels, customers can make special requests for specific bedding arrangements or additional requirements like infant cots or rollaway beds. While our suppliers will do their best to meet these requests, they cannot be guaranteed. Any charges for additional requirements will be applied by the service provider and are payable directly to them.
It's important to note that air conditioning is not standard in all holiday accommodations. Customers can request air conditioning, and we will refer this request to the accommodation provider, but we cannot guarantee that it will be provided
Special Requests - Airline
All special requests are subject to confirmation by the airline and must be reconfirmed with us at least three business days prior to departure. Please note that all requests are subject to the airline's confirmation and discretion and are not guaranteed. Additional fees may apply for some special requests.
Please be aware that if an infant turns 2 years old during travel, they will be charged the child fare plus a re-issue fee for onward, return, or both journeys. It is your responsibility to inform us if this will occur. Children traveling with their relatives/guardians may require authorization from both parents. Please check with the respective airline and departure/destination country for their specific requirements.
- Additionally, minor children must be accompanied by their natural parents at all times. Please note that no airline provides accommodation during transit.
Local Tours and Sightseeing Services with eTtravelSpace.com and skytravels.lk
- Sightseeing tour itineraries, operating times, and/or overnight hotels are subject to change without notice and are based on local times. Any
sightseeing/transfers, including watercraft, are subject to weather and sea conditions. We recommend reconfirming all tour services 24 hours prior to travel directly with the service provider using the telephone numbers provided. Please note that any additional charges for local tours/sightseeing services, including but not limited to entrance fees, guide fees, and transportation fees, may be applied by the service provider and are payable directly. If you have any special requests, please inform us at the time of booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled.
Transfers - eTtravelSpace.com and Skytravels.lk
If your itinerary includes any airport transfers, please ensure the flight details contained herein are correct. If any changes are made to your flight information, please contact eTtravelSpace.com and Skytravels.lk so we can ensure that your land arrangements are adjusted accordingly.
Taxes and Charges
Any taxes or charges imposed by the government or airport authorities are payable by passengers. These are either included in the fare amount or to be paid upon arrival or departure in local currency at the airport of arrival or departure. It is the responsibility of the passenger to be aware of and pay any such taxes or charges.

Credit Card Fees
Credit card surcharges apply when paying by credit card. In the event that payment has been made to eTtravelSpace.com or skytravels.lk by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to claim back from eTtravelSpace.com or skytravels.lk. Credit card surcharges of 3.9% will apply on Master and Visa cards, while American Express will incur a 4.9% surcharge.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services are governed by the laws of the state of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes or issues arising from or related to these terms and conditions or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
Health
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are aware of any health requirements for your travel destinations and to ensure that you carry all necessary vaccination documentation. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly, by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.
