Booking Workflow

1. Inquiry → names, route, dates, baggage, seats.
2. Quotation → fare rules, baggage, currency & time limit.
3. Visa itinerary (optional) → credited if you ticket with us.
4. Hold/time limit → pay before expiry or PNR cancels.
5. Payment & ticketing → e-tickets after funds clear.

Cards & Surcharges

• VISA/MasterCard 3%  |  AMEX 4.5%.
• Foreign cards: bank FX 1–2% may apply.
• Refunds (if allowed) to same card; surcharges usually non-refundable.
