Quick rules: Post-ticket actions follow airline fare rules + airline fees/taxes + our handling fee. Some tickets are non-refundable/non-changeable.
Before Ticketing
- Edits/re-quotes usually free of penalties until ticketed.
- Time limits apply; fares reprice or holds cancel after expiry.
After Ticketing — Changes
- Date changes: airline fee + fare/tax difference.
- Route changes may require reissue or a new ticket.
- No-show can void change/refund options.
Cancellations & Refunds

- Refunds go to original payment method.
Name Corrections
