Summary: eTravelSpace is the agency; airlines provide transport and set fare/operational rules. After ticketing, your contract is with the airline.

Roles

  • Agency: quote, book, issue, support per airline rules.
  • Airline: operations, baggage, schedule, conditions of carriage.

Payments

  • Fares/taxes live until ticketed; methods: card gateway or bank deposit.
  • FX/issuer fees may apply; chargebacks don’t auto-cancel a ticket.

Tickets & Documents

  • E-tickets after funds clear; names must match passport.
  • Visas/passports/entry rules are traveler’s responsibility.

Operations

  • Airline schedule changes handled by policy/law; no-show limits options.

Baggage & Liability

  • Allowances set by airline; claims to airline within time limits; international conventions apply.

Refunds & Changes

  • Follow fare rules + fees; refunds to original payment method.
