Airline → acquirer → bank chain; timelines vary and aren’t instant.
Q3. Are service fees refundable?
Generally no; goodwill exceptions are rare. Airline fees follow their rules.
Q4. Missed my flight (no-show)?
Usually value forfeited; some fares allow same-day rescue with fee + difference.
Q5. Missed outbound—return auto-cancel?
Often yes (“coupon cancellation”). New ticket may be required.
Q6. Visa rejected—refund?
Per fare rules. Non-ref = no; flex fares may allow partial refund with penalties.
Q7. Cancel before ticketing?
Fares aren’t locked until ticketed; holds expire/reprice.
